A. I always tell people looking for parts to go to www.car-parts.com. It's a good site that deals with yards from all over the U.S. and Canada (as well as other places). Some yards will ship parts to you as well don't feel you have to limit yourself to your local area.

Will Toyota Camry parts from another country work in my Camry even it has a different part number?
Q. My camry ECU is busted and we don't have salvage yards for used cars here in my country. It's going to take forever to order from the local dealer and expensive too. I saw some on eBay (US) with the same exact year model as my car but the last digits of the part number is different? so i was wondering if this would work, coz i understand the part numbers are supposedly different in every country but they are the same part. Running out of options to get the car running again. Help!

A. As long as the plugs, and pin outs are the same, it should work. Computers are tailored to due to many factors, but I have sent computers from here (Japan) to Germany, and the US with no problems. Remember.. count the pins, and make sure the plugs are the same.

My father and i ran a small family owned business for years...He ran it by himself until i was old enough to help... he had a used car lot and a salvage yard operation...(New and used parts)...We tried to keep around 15 TO 30 cars on the lot and had upwards of 500 cars for dismantling purposes...My father passed away and i ran these business for about 2 YEARS...My siblings got too greedy and well the business' were sold... i have experience running and operating a business...Hiring and firing employees...Payroll ect...But im not being taking seriously for these type of positions... i was offered a managers position at a local strip club at $11 AN HOUR...Offered managers position at a car wash for $30K per year...But with no chance… [cont.]

A. I too have previous experience in Administration but am finding it difficult to get back into it after having children. I have been successful in getting interviews and they seem to want someone who has certificates in financial planning or accounting. I have recently started studying for Certificate 3 in financial services which gives you experience in MYOB and setting up a company using the MYOB software and was told at my last interview that I should try and get some qualifications in budgeting and forecasting as well, so I am going to do Certificate 4 in financial services I would suggest to try and get these and maybe you may get somewhere. Keep on trying though.
