How do I register a foundation in to running events for other to run for the chairty?
Q. Hi, I work for an Indian based Company in London. My company has a foundation with the name of GMR Varalakshmi Foundation where this helps poor children for education and their health. Orphanagess etc., I want to regiester our company foundation in to all the running events happening in London so that other people also can run to help our foundation. please advice If I can do that, How can I. A. Each running event is organised by a seperate group of people and that means that there is no central contact for all the London running events. What you will have to do is to contact each race organiser that you want to contact and write with your request seperatly to each. Pick the events carefuly and you will have some luck. Events like the London Marathon have a team that will deal with charity groups wanting to use the event to raise money, however the smaller races don't. You might like to have a web site too. Get places on the large runs that sell out (many runs do not sell out) and get people to get these places through the website to get the sponsor money.
